I really need to find the silverlight 4 sdk for the version 4. Prefferably an offline installer. The customer environment is running on this version but my development machine has the latest one which will then result in a “download the latest silverlight” prompt for all users. The problem is that i have to stick to that specific version since no users are allowed to update themselves within the company.

Why is it so hard to find previous versions for this? I feel that microsoft should have a link to previous versions on the default sdk download page where you can only find the latest version. I managed to get the msi installer from the company administrators which were fortunate enough to have them. But Microsoft should really provide the full range of released versions online. Especially when targeting the business market as much as they do. Its not unusual that companies only roll out a certain version to their clients which cannot be updated manually.
